Just 3 km from Iumara Dimora di Campagna, at the foot of Monte Stella, you’ll find the closest of our farm estates, where our buffalo graze freely among Mediterranean scrub and olive groves. Here, we cultivate the fields to produce the forage essential for our farm. The well-being of our herds is a priority, ensuring the production of high-quality food products.

We use organic fertilisation provided by manure from our livestock and produce biogas, which, together with solar panels, generates electricity for the farm. Our goal is to continually enhance sustainability through the increased use of renewable energy sources.
